Meet the Founder
Victor Ramzy
Victor Ramzy founded Prestige Care Solutions after nearly a decade working on the frontline of disability and community services. He started as a support worker — in homes, in the community, and across complex care settings — before building a provider on the same principles he'd relied on as a worker: reliability, communication, and respect.
His experience spans daily living assistance, community participation, and higher-complexity support for participants with physical, psychosocial, and behavioural needs. He holds a Diploma of Community Services, Certificate III in Individual Support, and maintains all required clearances including NDIS Worker Check, WWCC, and National Police Check. The business holds public liability and professional indemnity insurance, and operates in full compliance with NDIS Practice Standards.
Since 2022, Victor has also served as a Volunteer Team Leader with Christian Aid — supporting vulnerable people with disability through food relief, hygiene, clothing, and community connection.
