We provide NDIS supports across all of Metropolitan Sydney, with a primary focus on South West Sydney (Narellan, Camden, Campbelltown, Liverpool) and The Hills District (Dural, Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills).

Yes. Prestige Care Solutions is fully registered with the NDIS across Australia. Our registration ID is 4-L3C2UTI, with registration valid from October 2025 to October 2028. We hold 16 registered support classes and 3 specialised modules.

We provide daily living and personal care, community and social participation, employment support and skills development, equipment and modifications, coordination and transitions, and specialised support including medication management and behaviour support plan implementation.

Yes. Our team has direct experience supporting participants with physical, psychosocial, and behavioural needs. We are trained in implementing behaviour support plans and comfortable working with higher-complexity presentations.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. Once a referral is confirmed and we've met the participant, supports can typically begin within one to two weeks — sometimes sooner, depending on the situation.

Yes. All progress notes are completed on time without exception. We understand that coordinators and plan managers rely on clear, professional documentation — and we deliver it consistently.

Yes. We have a diverse team and can often match participants with support workers who speak their language. Our founder speaks both English and Arabic.

All staff hold the required NDIS Worker Check clearance, Working With Children Check, and National Police Check. Our founder holds a Diploma of Community Services, Certificate III in Individual Support, and additional certifications in first aid, manual handling, fire safety, and safe meal support.

Yes. A clear, NDIS-compliant service agreement is provided and signed before any supports begin. It outlines the supports to be delivered, scheduling, NDIS pricing, cancellation terms, and the responsibilities of all parties. No supports start without a signed agreement in place.

Yes. Prestige Care Solutions holds current public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance. Certificates of currency are available on request.

Yes. All supports are delivered at current NDIS Price Guide rates. We do not charge above the price limit for any support item. Invoicing is accurate, itemised, and provided in a timely manner.
